A great day of trout fishing and friends

Hi everyone I would like to share this with you. This past Saturday, 5/ 24/08 both Everett and I held a mini Fly Fishing School. All that attended learned a lot and had a great time! We started off by teaching fly casting technique and fly presentation. After that we showed the importance of terminal tackle, i.e. leaders, knots, and fly selection.

Basic entomology and safe wading tactics came next and then onto the water for some good fly fishing for trout. Chris, Deb, Ken, Cathy, and Peter did extremely well and all ended up fly casting great! Just another wonderful day with good friends, river, nature, and of course, the trout added to a life long list of memories in Fly Fishing.
